The property is beautiful and always kept in pristine condition. The maintenance staff is very helpful and makes any necessary repairs in a timely fashion. The ladies in the office couldn’t be any better. Anytime I need something from them, they never fail to deliver.

I have really enjoyed making Park at Wintergreen my home. The staff is friendly and the maintenance team is always hard at work. I don't plan on moving anytime soon.

Maintenance is awesome! All the time. I love all 3 guys.Mr.Victor is so sweet I just love him. Hugo works so hard to fix things and get it DONE!

The ladies that work in the leasing office is a great team of people. They are warm and inviting. I found them to be good listeners and helper. As you never know what a renter is going through when they walk through your doors. The grounds around the apartment is beautiful, the trees, the grass. I feel secure living here on your property.

I have lived on the property for a little over 2 years, I love it here! The office staff is awesome, they do a lot of fun activities for the children from Easter, Halloween, Summer activities and etc. The property is well kept and very quiet. I have been at this property a little over a month and so far it has exceeded my expectations. The property is kept cleaned and very quiet. I was skeptical due to the age of the property but it is really nice and spacious for most. Moving from a house to an apartment some of my furniture was expected not to fit but this is only due to the layout that i am currently in, otherwise very spacious. I would totally give the property a 4 out of 5. Also is very kid friendly as most apartments are not and again the property is well maintained you wouldn't expect as many children to reside there. I will definitely refer this property to family and friends.

I have lived here for over two years,and it is awesome. I have never lived in a place we're they really care. The office staff is awesome, sweet and very friendly.they are professional. The maintance men are great, they respond fast and get the job done. This is a great place we to live and safe.

This is a WONDERFUL place to live! I love everything about living here!! Elizabeth, Rachel, and Bo are all very honest and caring! When I moved into these apartments, I was going through a transition period in my life and they made this part go extra smoothly for me and even now when it's time for me to decide on upgrading my apartment or staying where I am, they have been nothing but helpful! Yes, these are older apartments but they are well kept, renovated and very comfortable. I LOVE THIS PLACE!! DON'T LOOK ANY FURTHER...COME JOIN US!

I absolutely love living here. Before moving here, I checked out a number of other apartments and was completely unsatisfied. But these apartments were the last one that I stopped by that day. I am so glad that I stopped by. The staff are great. The location is great. The apartment staff keep the apartment grounds clean and neat at all times. Maintenance is great and they come very quickly. The office staff are always coming up with more ways to improve the apartments. These apartments are quiet, clean and comfortable. My neighbors are great. You never see people hanging out or just chilling all outside. Overall, I would give this apartments complex a 100. I love living here. Everything is great. I have lived here for over a year and I'am completely 100% satisfied with these apartments. I'm so glad that I stopped in that day.

I've been staying here for going on 1 year, and I absouloutley love it. The ladies in the office are always smiling and are so nice. The apartments are really quiet and safe. I definetley will be living here for another year.

Everyone in the leasing office that I had the pleasure to work with was so kind. Bo was absolutely amazing to work with and made me feel like I was family right away!

The staff is very responsive and maintenance is prompt, efficient and friendly. The grounds are kept beautifully and trash is constantly kept picked up. It is mostly quiet and residents are friendly. I find it easy to get to anywhere from here. I highly recommend it. I also like the racial/cultural mix here.
