I enjoyed living at The Park at Wintergreen. The staff always took care of my maintenance problems, and I had no issues when I bought my home and moved. I would move back there if I didn't have a house. Wish I'd thought more about mowing and all the maintenance costs before I invested.- Anonymous - Resident
My family and I have lived in these apartments for a year now and we love it. The grounds are beautiful and we feel very safe walking at any hour. The maintenance staff is very friendly and very efficient.- Faith - Resident
